Helping attorneys navigate the
federal appellate process.
Providing your clients with a fair chance at an ongoing federal court appeal.
After an Appeals Council denial, you are on a short deadline to get your client’s case appealed to federal court, but have a desk full of other cases.
You also may not be comfortable or familiar with the process. However, this could be the final level of appeal of your client’s denial of benefits.
At Larkin & Fern, we help attorneys support their clients who have been denied disability benefits by appealing their case to federal court.
Our appellate practice takes on reviewing a client’s case for potential federal court action, and if appropriate, representation in federal court so you can continue to support your other clients.
Let us help by providing your client with compassionate representation that gives them a fair opportunity to move forward in the appeals process.
